| We have a fully staffed and capable machine shop. Up to date CNC machining equipment is used to ensure the highest degree of machining tolerances for our designed components. 90% of all our designed components are machined in house. | |

| Equipment assembly is done by our experienced staff of machine assemblers. Before our equipment is shipped and installed, complete and rigorous operational testing guarantees that each system meets the quality and performance specifications set by you our customer. Through our continuing customer support program, the R & D Tool team stays in close association with your company after the system is operational. | |
| Systems Controls | |
| R & D Tool assists our customers with a real time monitoring of the efficiency of their machining through Overall Equipment Efficiency or OEE. Through OEE indicators we can measure the performance of your machine, production line or of a production cluster. The OEE value allows efficiency losses to be recorded and a comparison of different machines regardless of the product being produced. Through our OEE program your machinery will operate at peak efficiency and downtime will be virtually eliminated. | |

| R & D Tool provides our customers with the security of knowing that they will receive a high level of service for the life of their machines. Our mechanical, electrical and controls technicians are available if issues arise with your machinery or to provide scheduled preventative maintenance calls. These technicians will inspect the components and functionality of your equipment and, if needed, service the machine. After an inspection has been completed, R & D Tool will submit a complete analysis of the system. These inspections help minimize unplanned downtime and increase machine efficiency. Through our maintenance program and timely repairs, R & D Tool will keep your operation running at peak efficiency. | |
